He Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations. He Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information and Looks to the future for change opportunities. He Interfaces between Board and employees and also Interfaces between organization and community. 
Kaleem ullah Umer, with an MBA degree in innovative management, has tremendous leadership skills. He is successfully running Impressive Sol as a Project Manager. Due to his clear vision and dedicated efforts the company made an identity in the industry of Web Development and Designing in a very small time. He has the expertise and 15 years experience in Web Designing, Development and Search Engine Optimization. His aim as a project manager is to” plan, manage and handle properly and wisely to satisfy the clients with best outputs”. According to him, Project Management is a great challenge which he enjoys and put all his ingenuity in it to give the best every time.
